Lively Lane transformed a once-vacant parcel of land into a vibrant, multifaceted neighborhood. The development features 30 for-sale live/work townhomes, 20 on-street parking spaces, pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, and lush streetscape landscaping. Sustainability is woven into every aspect of the design, including the integration of pervious pavers, bioswales, and rain gardens, which work to minimize environmental impact and support the local ecosystem. Beyond its sustainable design, Lively Lane offers unparalleled connectivity. Located just off Interstate IH-35, the community provides residents with easy access to all the perks that the city has to offer. WGI played an integral role in bringing Lively Lane to life through a multidisciplinary approach that combined expertise in civil engineering, MEP engineering, and landscape architecture - With our multidisciplinary team effectively collaborating to ensure that every detail of the project was designed to achieve both functionality and aesthetic appeal.- Civil Engineering: WGI designed the site’s layout, grading, utilities, and water quality systems, ensuring that the development met rigorous standards while maintaining its harmony with the surrounding environment.
