WGI provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services in collaboration with DDG Partners to develop a new condominium building in South Palm Beach, Florida. The six-story building with open parking on the first level contains 30 upscale residential units, a fitness center, and swimming pool deck. The building is located directly on the beach and many of the units provide amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.
WGI’s Civil Team prepared the construction documents to develop the 90,000 square foot building within a one-acre parcel of land that is approximately 100 feet wide. In addition, WGI successfully obtained the necessary site permits and approvals with various regulatory agencies such as the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Department of Transportation, and Palm Beach County Health Department.
WGI worked closely with the developer and team to design the beautiful modern six-story condo community. WGI’s Landscape Architecture Team worked closely with the client to develop the conceptual design of the amazing outdoor oceanfront pool deck amenity area, custom rooftop gardens, and balconies complete with plunge pools. The Landscape Architecture Team provided construction administration services to ensure the client’s vision of native coastal plantings with a modern Palm Beach look was brought to life.
This project was a great opportunity to demonstrate the depth of our services in collaboration with the client.
